This service fee covers private concierge accompaniment and cultural experiences.
It does not guarantee availability of specific tourist sites, shops, or experiences.
Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, crowds, or facility circumstances.

# About Expenses

Listed prices are for 1 group (up to 4 people). Prices do not include the guests' food/drinks, admission fees, experience costs, or transportation expenses.
The host covers their own basic local transportation. However, for long-distance travel (e.g., bullet trains), expensive admission fees, or meals shared together, guests are kindly requested to cover the host's expenses. This will be discussed during the planning phase.

# Reservations & Payments

We provide reservation support only.
All payments for restaurants, facilities, or activities are made directly by the guest on-site.
We do not collect, prepay, or handle any third-party fees.

# About Mobility Support (Important)

Any transportation provided is solely auxiliary support to ensure the cultural experience runs smoothly.
This is not a transportation-only service, taxi service, or chauffeur business.
We do not act as a booking agent for transport. We provide information and translation for you to book directly.
*Note on group size: A standard Japanese taxi fits 4 passengers. A group of 4 guests + 1 host (5 total) cannot ride in one standard taxi. In such cases, public transport, 2 standard taxis, or booking a large van is required.
*Additional fees may apply for extensive phone support or excessive requests exceeding the plan limits.

# Scope of Service

Medical, police, legal procedures, and emergency response are outside the scope of this service.
Please consult in advance if you require support exceeding the scheduled time.

# Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to the service date may incur a cancellation fee.
Details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

A: No. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, or taxi company. We provide personal accompaniment and planning support. We do not operate vehicles for hire or sell pre-packaged travel tours.
Q: How is this different from a standard tour?
A: Standard tours often have fixed schedules, large groups, and limited flexibility. We offer a 100% private, customized experience where you decide the pace. Our focus is on "Omotenashi"—anticipating your needs and treating you with the warmth of a guest in our home.
Q: Can you customize my itinerary?
A: Absolutely. Whether you love food, history, shopping, or just walking through quiet neighborhoods, we build the day around you. You are never forced to visit places that don't interest you.
Q: What languages do you support?
A: We provide full support in English and Japanese. Your host is a long-term resident who speaks both fluently, ensuring smooth communication wherever we go.
Q: What does the Light Consultation Plan (¥25,000) include?
A: This entry-level plan includes a pre-trip online consultation and approximately 3 hours of on-site support. It is perfect for getting oriented in the city, learning how to use the subway, and finding great local restaurants to enjoy on your own later.
Q: What does the Standard Accompanied Plan (¥50,000) include?
A: Our most popular plan includes up to 5 hours of private accompaniment and a customized walking itinerary. We also assist with up to 3 reservation requests (restaurants, etc.) to help shape your perfect day.
Q: What does the Full-Day Private Concierge (¥100,000) include?
A: This premium experience offers up to 8 hours of comprehensive support. It includes full itinerary planning, up to 5 reservation requests, photo support, and mobility support to ensure a seamless experience. (Note: Any vehicle usage is solely for facilitating the experience and not a hired driver service.)
Q: Who will accompany us?
A: You will be accompanied by a dedicated local concierge—a resident with deep knowledge of Japanese culture and hospitality. You will not be passed around to random guides.
Q: What expenses are NOT included?
A: The service fee covers our time and support only. Guests are responsible for their own meals, entrance tickets, transportation costs (trains, taxis, parking, etc.), and any personal shopping expenses.
Q: Is this suitable for families or first-time visitors?
A: Yes, very much so. We specialize in helping families navigate Japan comfortably. We can adjust the pace for children or seniors and assist with logistics to make your first visit stress-free.
Q: What areas do you cover?
A: Our primary focus is Nagoya City and the immediate surrounding areas in Aichi Prefecture. We can also discuss day trips to nearby prefectures (Gifu, Mie) upon request.
Q: When should I book?
A: Because this is a private service with limited availability, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For peak seasons (cherry blossoms, autumn leaves), earlier booking is advised.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Generally, cancellations made close to the service date may incur a fee. We will provide the specific cancellation terms clearly before you confirm your booking.
Q: Are you a licensed travel agency?
A: No, we are a private concierge service operating as a local guide and support provider. We do not arrange travel packages (flights/hotels) or offer regulated travel agency services. We focus on personal hospitality and on-site assistance.
